I think health means to keep your body in good condition, like exercising and eating healthy. Also to balance your time inside and outside. I think fitness means to keep fit by exercising and eating a healthy diet. The components of Health Related Fitness are Cardiovascular endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility and Body Composition. You can test your fitness by doing tests like the cooper test or flexibility tests etc? You should test your fitness to see what you can improve on and to see how fit you are. In P.E we have done many tests throughout the unit. We have done the cooper test, flexibility test, the jump test, the push-up test, the sit up test, the burpee test and the BMI test (BMI stands for Body Mass Index). My favorite was the cooper test because it was very interesting to see my cardiovascular endurance. We can compare our results by using graphs that are on the internet. By searching terms like ?cooper test results? you get many websites that have test results. We did the tests in class. For the cooper test we went to a park and did the test, for the other tests we stayed inside and did them. The BMI test is not that accurate because the BMI test is just for height and weight, muscle mass doesn?t count. Athletes that exercise a lot and have more muscle than a non athlete will have a higher BMI result, athletes that play sports that need a lot of muscle are often in the overweight or obese category, but they are not.
